Mountford Ride

All rides will be around 25 miles or less with a target average speed of 10-12 mph (no one left behind!) usually with a cafe/cake stop.

The route for this week is intended to provide the opportunity for those members, and possibly quests, to take part in a shorter `figure of eight` route with a coffee stop in Wellesbourne – with an optional second leg. Hopefully this will assist those in recuperative mode at present.

First half: Loxley Rd Loxley Lane (airfield),  Charlecote, Hampton Lucy, Stratford Rd, Hatton Bank Lane,  Hampton Lucy, Charlecote, Wellesbourne – coffee stop at precinct café. 10.5 miles & 320ft climbing.

Second half: Moreton Paddox, Lighthorne, Moreton Morrell, Newbold Pacey and Wellesbourne. 9.5 miles and 500ft climbing. This leg may be extended on the day depending on how things go! ( & with agreement).
