Sunday Club Ride

The Sunday Club ride is typically 35 to 40 miles at an average speed of between 14 and 16 mph. The ride starts from the Stag's Head at 9am and normally includes a cafe/coffee stop about half-way.

This Sunday's ride is an almost end-of-season special and includes the nicest roads (Willington to Sutton-under-Brailes), most reasonable climbs (Burton Dassett, Edgehill from Arlescote and Sibford Gower from Traitor's Ford) and fun descents (Avon Dassett, Compton Wynyates and Lady Elizabeth). As a special treat, part of the road between Oxhill and Kineton has just been resurfaced and is a glorious downhill blast.

Distance is 53 miles with a cafe stop in Whichford.
